The Ultimate Rotisserie Cookbook by Diane Phillips (2002, Paperback)

I got this book because I just acquired a rotisserie and didn't know how to use it. This book has excellent recipes and lots of rubs for different cuts of meat. The recipes are clear to follow and easy too assemble. Iwould recommend these recipes to anyone that wants regular rotisserie items or wants to try something really different.

I bought this book because I needed to do more than just chickens. Every recipe in this book is down to earth with ingredients that are readily accesable. The end result of every recipe is a delicious comfort food that excites the tastebuds. I would highly recommend this book to every rotisserie owner. You can even make meatloaf in it! Love this book!

I love this cookbook it is awesome. There are so many good recipes to choose from with rubs, marinades, and sauces and she gives great tips on how to use a rotisserie. That was great for me because I didn't know a lot about a rotisserie or how to use it. I purchased a used Showtime rotisserie that didn't have the cookbooks with it. After reading many reviews of other rotisserie cookbooks, I chose this one. Boy am I glad I did, as it was an excellent choice. Diane's recipes are simple to make and they don't require tons of extra ingredients. In fact she uses some basic spices in several recipes, which is great because you are not forced to buy items you might only use once or twice a year. I highly recommend this cookbook.
