I first learned of the Young Rascals in the 60's as a teen...their snappy r&b influenced hits of the period had lots of positive energy...the driving keyboards of Felix..the tasty twang of Genes guitar...and the powerhouse showman on drums..Dino...My first album was: Collections...it colored my entire summer vacation from school that year, and I sang along with Eddie, or Felix to those songs over and over. This is a collection of all those hits on up into later years as they continued to come up with hit songs despite the radical changes on the music scene..These songs are all amazingly upbeat in their own way, and the energy these guys produced as a group was truely a gift to us all, and to that colorful charming period..
