The Matrix itself is an Ultimate movies of what could be possible with technology. To put together Carrie-Anne Moss, Hugo Weaving, Keanu Reeves and Laurence Fishburne is what made these movies absolutely brilliant.

The Ultimate Matrix Collection has a Revisited after each movie that covers the making of each film. You have the interviews of the actors and the directors.

I do not watch too much animated things so I can not comment on the Animatrix.

This is a must for any Matrix Fan.

This is the best and most exstensive Matrix DVD collection you can buy right now. The Neo bust is great. Many extra's. The casing is a little fragile.

My son bought this item with his birthday money he had been looking for it and I must say it was a great set came in it's original box we set times to have movie time and wath all three movies. The price was Fab. I recommed anyone wanted to add this to there collection to buy it and watch the movies they are great you wish there was more to see..

This has to be the BEST over all story that is out there... What if we are all in the Matrix...??? how would we know...? I mean really...? is God's plan a Matrix of some sorts...? maybe not a computer based, need humans to supply the energy etc... but maybe a HIGHER level Matrix... and Zion is needing to be protected, as the second coming will be coming...? hmmm... ok this got to deep, just watch and Enjoy~!

The Ultimate Matrix Collection lives up to it's name. It includes all 3 movies, the cartoons, and even the scenes from the video game. This set includes commentaries, so for those of you who are waiting to hear something about the movies you'll find it here -- just not from the directors. (They put a note in explaining why).

I have not watched this version directly back to back with the original releases that I have, so I cannot compare image or sound quality, however both are excellent.

This set also includes additional behind the scenes features - a whole movie about the movie "The Burly man chronicles" which is excellent. The Limited Edition version that I purchased also contained a small statue of Neo. That too was very well done. One of the better statuettes in detail and paint.

Over all, I would recommend this set to anyone who likes the matrix movies. I was very pleased to get this set and recommend it to my friends.

this is a great collection if you are a matrix fan. lots of extras and even the cartoon series as well. i also got this one with the bust of keanue reeves character as well. this is a great movie collection to pick up and watch.

This series is a classic. This set includes all three Matrix movies plus all three bonus DVDs. The special effects are just about seamless. Plenty of action and drama. If you want a good storyline coupled with edge of your seat action...this is for you!
