This is one of the nicest books I have ever seen. I first came acrossed it at my library and knew I had to own a copy. VERY INFORMATIVE, GREAT VARIETY OF ICE CREAM FLAVORS, standard and unusual flavors. BEAUTIFUL GLOSSEY PHOTOS, WELL WRITTEN, AND, ANYONE WHO LOVES ICE CREAM AND ICE CREAM DESSERTS SHOULD OWN THIS FABULOUS BOOK. So, RUN OUT AND BUY A COPY BEFORE THE SUMMER IS OVER. You won't be sorry. ENJOY!

Very yummy recipesA professional caterer told me about this book. I've already tried a few of the recipes. Very, very good. But there are no recipes for sherbet or frozen yogurt. All in all though, very good book.

) I love ice cream, so there is no way not to love the book! I read about the book in a news paper and I had to have it. A really great book! The recipes are quick and easy some old favorites or new creations!
