I have always been a huge fan of The Firm workouts, but this is now my current favorite. I even did it this morning! It is 45 minutes of kick-butt cardio with light weights. The steps are easy to learn and follow (no complicated or confusing dance steps) The Firm Instructors doing the workout with you are inspiring and keep you going with full energy and momentum. I am in good shape, but if you put full effort into this one, it can seriously kick your butt. Yet, if you're just getting into shape, you can do the modified versions and still make it through the entire 45 minutes. I also love that it requires no special equipment (aside from a pair of light weights, which are still optional), so I can take this one with me when travelling and do it in the hotel room.
