I was impressed with this book! The different sections show cards made with either fabric, wirework, beading, stamping, weaving, etc. Each section shows several different cards made with the same technique and instructions are included for each card. This book has beautiful large color photos. It includes "Top Tips" & the time needed for each project. This thick book is 8.5" x 9.5". I don't think anyone interested in cardmaking would be disappointed with this book!

I first saw it at Barnes and Noble. I paid way less for it using e-bay even
with the shipping. It has great ideas. I bought 5 books on the same day and
this had the most practical ideas.

) I love this book! I took it out of the library and renewed it five times. Then I had to have it. So I found it on ebay and bought it. As a seasoned cardmaker I think it has many great ideas.

Ultimate Cardmaker by CB Magazine (2007)
) This book is FANTASTIC! It is the best that I have ever seen (of course I haven't seen them all, so I must leave room for for needing another new book at some time) :o) It covers 20 different techniques. Most magazines and books only cover a few. The instructions are complete and easy to understand with written instructions as well as beautiful illustrations. So many books expect you to know how to do them, even if you are a beginner. They use a lot of machines for cutting and pasting that may not be available to just every one. In other words, the cards in this book are "do-able". It gives tips for how to use the basic design and turn it into a different card completely with slight changes. There are cards for every occasion included in the book rather than for just a few occasions. This book absolutely gets your creative juices flowing for making some beautiful cards!
The only thing I can think of that posssibly might be nice, would be to make it hard cover for more durability. I can imagine that the edges could become tattered with a lot of use. All in all, it is the best cardmaking book I have owned or seen! I have already started making cards and plan many more hours of making cards out of it.
