UTStarcom CDM8630VW Coupe (Verizon Wireless)

This phone was for my husband WHO does not like to use a cell phone and knows nothing about them nor plans to learn !
It is easy, large numbers etc.
He had one that our precious little yorkie bite his signature into the back part, with the phone I purchased off of Ebay I was able to use the back, will save the phone it self incase the dog gets it again. LOL, not really funny !
SO hubby is happy his phone is working again.

EVERYTHING IS AS MY DAD NEEDED. THIS PHONE IS SPECIAL FOR OLD PEOPLE AND HAS A LOUDER THAN NORMAL SPEAKER AND LARGER THAN NORMAL DIGITS. DAD LOVES IT AND HE HATED HIS RAZOR PHONE. IF YOUR ELDERLY RELATIVES NEED SPECIAL ATTENTION, THIS IS IT!

Not a fancy phone with all the bells+whistles--but really good...BIG buttons and display;three buttons for ICE (In Case of Emergency) AND a 911 button. Easy to use and figure out----My MIL loves it!

I bought this UTStarcom Coupe cellphone for my grandpa! I don't think I have ever seen a bigger smile on his face!! He loved everything about it. He loved the size, sound volume and brightness of the phone. My grandpa also enjoys how easy it is to use!! This is the perfect phone for elderly people or kids!!

Love it, love it, love it. And since I'm in my 40's, I'm assuming that I'm not a senior citizen or a kid. It is so easy to use and doesn't have all the other mess that I never used anyway.

This phone does everything you really need and is very compact. I love it because I can see who's calling and can look up a contact without my reading glasses. I'm good with technology, so I didn't have a problem understanding how to use my previous cell phone. I just couldn't read the display.

This phone has 3 ice buttons, so you can assign a button to each of the 3 contacts you call most. You just press the button then hit send. So simple. I would describe this a Baby Boomer phone rather than a phone for the elderly.

Perfect phone for elderly people with bad eyesight or hearing. It's the 2nd one for my 91-year od dad, 1st got immersed in water. I tried to get another at Verizon, but they had discontinued. Still the sales person I spoke with had actually gotten one for his elderly mother previously...basic, great phone...don't know if there's anything else like it on the new market today.

This phone is pretty simple, and it works great. The only problem is Verizon doesn't sell it anymore, so it is a little hard to find, But well worth the time. You will not regret this phone purchase.
