Big Promises. Average Performance.
I took the extra effort to purchase MaxG wireless cards for all the desktops that would use this router..... Suffice to say its performance is still a little shoddy. It often needs resetting several times a week. The signal strength is decent most of the time, but the full MaxG effect seems lacking. I've had $30 routers out of Wal-Mart do just as effective of a job. If you get a good price on it, I'd say its a buy. It has very good security features, especially if you know how to set them up properly. If you are getting near retail prices, go get something else.
