
finaly got a bad deal
i bought this cooler on november 1st it does not work. the seller asks is there damage to the box / I SAID YES BUT I DOUBT THATS THE PROBLEM HE TELLS ME HE HAS TO WAIT FOR UPS TO REFUND HIS MONEY BEFORE HE WILL REPAY ME.I USE PAY PAL IT IS NOW OVER A MOUNTH NO REFUND I ASK THE UPS GUY DAILY IF HE HAS HEARD ANYTHING NOT YET IS THE ANSWER I HAVE E-MAILED THE SELLER AND GET A NASTY RESPONSE.I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT ON EBAY MOST EVERYONE HAS BEEN GREAT TO DEAL WITH BUT THIS IS WHERE I GOT HURT BY TAKEING A CHANCE BUYING AND ITEM OVER EBAY I TALKED TO AND EBAY REP AND WAS TOLD TO FILE A PACKAGE NOT RECIEVED?I DONT GET IT I RECIEVED A PACKAGE IT JUST IS NO GOOD.I TOLD THE SELLER I WOULD LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK AND GOT A NASTY RESPONSE.
