Ty the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue (Game Cube, 2004)

one of the best games out there. purchased it for my kids last year. since then we have purchased ty 1 and 3. also purchased extra copies that have been given as birthday gifts to family and friends. rated E, and they are right it is great for everyone. no blood and guts here. ok a few frill lizards get hit. maybe some crocs and other bad guys but no naked women.

After playing, completing and overall liking Ty 1 I figured Ty 2 would be just as good. As far as graphics go they are execllent, smooth, easy on the eyes and nice scenery, after all it does take place in Australlia. As far as gameplay goes Ty can't do that many things, he lacks control and seems everytime he does something, it's bit different, so when jumping on rocks and stuff it gets VERY frusteraing because he plain out wont do what you want him to. I'm sure you know from reading about the game that Tys weapon is a boomarang, you can upgrade your boomarangs in this one just like you could in the first one, although, in the first one you needed every boomarang to complete the game and every one was for a different purpose, making it fun to upgrade and gather new rangs. But in this one, you only need the Freezarang and the Megarang and basically all the other ones are just for show, they don't really do anything which makes the game not as fun. As far as levels go, they are really really easy, not challenging at all, you can just whip right through them and they are all very simple. The story line is weak, basically Ty has to re-capture Boss Cass (the bad guy in this video game) and you only play 1 level of actually fighting him and it's not that hard. The game was over before I knew it. Anyway the summery is: This game is great for young gamers, ages 4-8 any older and it just seems too easy.

Its a pretty good game. Ty has to go around doing missions and saving the world from the evil boss cass. In this game there are some pretty hard bosses. This game takes mind skill. So many rangs so little time! There are some great awesome rangs like the doomrang and the kaaboomrang. What I don't like about this game is its way way easy. I beat it in a couple days. It was fun, but it was easy. Did I mention there is kart racing too?

It started when he asked me to buy a game for Nentindo for his birhtday. My grandson has WII, Nentindo, Game Cubs, etc. I asked him to go on EBAY and look if there is anything he wants. He called me and found games he would like. I go and look for, buy it, and have it mailed direct to him. Usually the seller willput Happy Birthday in the package. I even asked a seller to put Merry Christmas on one game I bought him.

This has saved me time and gives my grandson something he really wants. Nothing is more precious when he calls me and says THANK YOU GRANDMA.

My kids love it and love collecting all the different kinds of boomerangs! My 7 year old finished the first Ty game and loved it so much he couldn't wait to play Ty 2!

i didnt have this game for my kids so i bought it for them to play and for me to enjoy playing once and a while.

i bought this game because i had rented it and never got to finish playing it. its entertaining and fun. lots of things to do. you have to complete different jobs and stuff like that. the only thing i didnt like was that it was not a long game. i finished it kind of quick but it would have been cool if it had a lot more jobs. overall the game was cool.

The kids love the game. They really enjoy the adventures and Ausy slang. This is a good game for all ages. Just for the smaller kids it takes awhile to master.
