I had no choice but to select poor. It was very excited to see another Marlee Martin movie. When I finally got it from the rental place, I put it in my dvd and there was no subtitles so I put on my closed caption. The closed caption did not pop up and I look at the box and was disappointed there was no closed caption too. How can a company make a movie with Marlee Martin (deaf) and about relay services without subtitles or closed caption. The only subtitles was Spanish and I cannot read Spanish. I was very upset!!!! Deaf will not be able to watch this movie and understand. I also heard from interpreter that the relay services was protrayed in the movie was very wrong and it was not the way the system work. The studio did not do their homework about relay service. I am also not happy with Marlee Martin who decide to be in movie that was not accurate and provided no closed caption or subtitles. Deaf do NOT buy this movie as there is NO CLOSED CAPTION AND SUBTITLES.
