Twice the Speed of Life by Sugarland (CD, Oct-2004, Mercury Nashville)

This has to be one of my favorite cds. Sugarland is an awsome group and every song on the cd is great. Its a absolute must for any country fan.

This entire CD is fantastic. Jennifer Nettles has an amazing voice. Every track is wonderful and could be a number one single.

The CD is not only enjoyable but the lyrics are well written. I was never a country fan, but this CD has changed my musical taste. I would recommend this CD to anyone who enjoys country, rock, pop, jazz.

This CD has become a huge part of my life. It was a great purchase. It wasn't something I expected. The price I got it for was a defenite bonus. The transaction was very smooth it was a very pleasant experience.

For their first cd out it is real good There isn't a song that I don't like on it. I would recommend it anyone who likes country music

I loved it from start to finish!! This group is going places!! Upbeat songs make you want to dance, slow love songs make you want to cry!! What more could you ask for from a country group!!

This CD has excellent lyrics and music. There is not a song on the CD that is not worth listening to. It has the hits of "Something More", "Baby Girl", and Just Might (Make Me Believe)". Sugarland's songs have a way of personally relating to their music. The best song in my opinion is "Hello". It's a great CD and a must have for any country fan!!

I bought this for a birthday present for my boyfriend, and I like the cd. It gives a taste of country, and somemore upbeat country too. The vocals of Jennifer is amazing.

Sugarland's Twice the Speed of Life is a great album! Not very often do you see CD's where every song is upbeat and happy, no matter what genre you listen to. If you are looking for songs to dance and sing to, this album is for you. The songs talk about home, life, and fun, as country music does best. Most songs are memorable ones in my opinion - I believe two or three of them are slow, but in a good way. Filled with feel-good music. Great Buy!

This is the must buy CD of the year. It is incredible! They sound as great live as they do on the CD. Jennifer Nettles (the lead singer) has an awing voice that makes the songs beautiful. All the songs were co-written by a member of the band. Listen to 'Just Might (Make Me Believe)!

I was immediately drawn into this group with the release of their kicking song, "Something More." However, I was a little disappointed with the overall album. All of the group's vocal talents were not featured. Jennifer Nettles does have a great voice and a tremendous set of lungs, but the other two members could have been given a little more room to be heard. The only other memorable cut from this album, aside from the two songs already released as singles, is "Down in Mississippi." That song has one memorable line in it that you will not soon forget...I'm not going to give it away. (I am a country girl, but I had never heard THAT expression before.) None of the other songs really stood out, either instrumentally or lyrically. In fact, I would probably wait if or when this group releases a follow-up to see what all of the songs are before buying another album.

Vintage Sugarland, with great vocals & musical skills. A must for new fans looking backwards, and for us "veterans" as well

This is a new group to me ..I heard the song that she sings with Bon Jovi , " Just Might Make Me Believe " and fell in love with it . I now sing it in Karaoke form ..And it is a beautiful song. I am not into the "twangy" country western music , but this girl can really belt the songs out ! LOVE IT !

I got the CD because I have seen Sugarland in concert and they were great. I will be seeing them on May 2nd in Pizza Hut Park, Frisco, Tx. They will be opening for Kenny Chesney. This is my fifth time to go, and a annual tradition. I love this time of year. Thank you so much.

I bought this because I like the song "Believe." In general, Jennifer Nettles' super-twangy voice annoys me but it seems to be less pronounced in their earlier work. I think she's a good singer but I almost can't stand to listen to her newer stuff.

I love sugarland they are amazing :-) I recomend this cd to everyone for sure who enjoys country. They by far are my favorite countyband.

I have quite a collection of cds. I enjoy the sound of Surgarland and had not heard the first ablum. I thing the sound is timeless and feelI am fortunate to have a copy.

Once you locate an old copy that you like you can listen to it forever. It does not hurt that I am from and live in Texas and am very familure with Sugarland, TX.

Every song a treat! We love these guys. Can't wait for their next project.
