Twenty Wishes by Debbie Macomber (2008, Hardcover)

I started reading Debbie Macomber books about 2 months ago. She is a terrific author and I have enjoyed all of her books. I love buying books second hand that are in good condition. This is one of the main reasons I buy on Ebay. Plus with money the way it is now it is also more budget efficient to purchase second hand books at a great price. So I get to enjoy one of my hobbys at a low cost.

Once again, Debbie gets you so into the story - it's really hard to put down. I read mine in one day....couldn't stop !
Each of the characters has their own storyline, and the way Debbie has intertwined them is astounding. You feel like you know the characters and can relate to them in one way or another. Now I want to make my own list, and you will too by the end of this story.

When this book was released I missed buying it in the stores. I have most of Debbie Macomber's latest books and really enjoy reading them. My experience with this sale was great. The turnaround time was just days.

This book would cost around $18.00 to 22.00 to buy new. The book I bought was in new condition and it cost half the price. Plus, I love Debbie Macomber books.

Yet, another wonderful book. Very uplifting, encouraging and lighthearted.
It makes you want to start your own list of twenty wishes you want to do
in life!

Once again Debbie Macomber did not disappoint me. I am a big fan of her writing. The Blossom Street characters are all life like. You feel for them through their trial and triumphs.

This is the best book that I have ever read.i finished reading in less than 52two days- could not put it down. It is easy reading and has a wonderful message in the book- life is short- tomorrow is under certain and today is a present and everyone should be thankful for and live to the fullest. I have made my list of 20 wishes after reading this book!.

I love the way Debbie Macomber writes and how you feel like you are part of the story. Any great book about Bloosom Street.

A friend recommended it. I am also a widow and she thought I could relate and I did. It was a pleasant fast read. would recommend to all not just those widowed.

Number one...it's not a romance novel.
Secondly, it's a story about women of all ages finding their way, some are friends and some are not.
Third...there's not one drawn out sexual encounter of verbage piled upon verbage.
Lastly, it's a summer read that takes you out of your own life leaving you relaxed at the end of the day.

We are reading this book for our book club and so far everyone loves it. We are meeting tomorrow evening and are all planing to write a list of our own twenty wishes.
Debbie Macomber's books are always a great read and relate to everyone. The characters in her books could be your neighbor, your friend or your family.
This book, Twenty Wishes, is especially good, possibly one of her best.

I haven't met a Debbie Macomber book I didn't like. In the process of reading it now. It is another Blossom Street Book. I actually bought it because I was attending a book signing for Debbie Macomber and had her autograph it. She is such a nice person. She gave a speech for about 20 minutes and then anwered questions for another 10 before signing books.

What a wonderful addition to the Blossom Street series! Another hit for Debbie Macomber. I wanted to curl up and not put it down. The characters in this series are so real! This book deals alot with grief and there are parts that will break your heart and others that will make you laugh. Great read!

Debbie Macomber is an excellent author, she doesn't use profanity like most authors do nowadays. The storyline is great as are the characters. It's one of those can't put down books you'll love.

Love the relationships of the women in this "Blossom Street Series". All ages and all ranges of where people are in life.

Just love Debbie Macomber books. She is a wonderful down to earth writer. Her stories are very uplifting, humourous and just fantastic. I will keep buying her books until I have read them all.

Just got this one and it's another great read, such a warm and loving story! Can't wait to read the next story in the Cedar Cove Series out in Sept.

I read this one before reading Summer on Blossom Street. I loved the concept behind the twenty wishes and am starting my own "wish list." I get so involved with the characters, so it's nice to read the books in sequence so I can follow along with what is going on in their lives. I catch up with what is going on with old friends and meet new ones, then it's on to the next book to do the same and meet more new friends. You can never have too many friends!

As always, Debbie Macomber is the very best. She writes beautiful, clean, stories with characters that you can identify with and plots that leave you feeling warm and good. This book is no exception - another great one.
