I loved this book! It takes place in Fort Worth (45 miles from where I grew up) and mentions several people I have known, so I found it especially interesting. I also love stories of successful underdogs and this one is the best I've read. I couldn't put it down! I can't imagine that anyone would be disappointed - even if not a football fan. It's just simply a good read!

) If you like Texas football or old school football in general you must read this book! This is a great underdog story of success despite many hardships and loss.
