This eating plan really does work, but it is tough to get used to. You don't have to worry much about being hungry, the hardest part is all the vegetables you have to eat. But if you can get used to eating MORE and the planning that goes with it, this book will help you. My husband lost 15 pounds on the 3 week quick start plan the book offers and is having continued success on the regular plan.
