Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield (CD, Jul-1992, Virgin Records USA)

I saw The Exorcist in the theater when it first came out. The music reminds me of an earlier time in my life. When things were not as complicated as they are today.

this disc is a must have for any musician or lover of music. like watching a great movie, you notice something different each time you listen. still sounds fresh thirty-five years later!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is not the rendition I was looking for. The first tune plays faster than I wanted and the second tune has nothing to do with Tubular bells, but sounds more heavy metal

I love this CD!!! I have loved the song for years. I can remember listening to it on my old stereo(with headphones,of course) and enjoying the rich textures and intermingling of the different instruments. Now I can take it with me on CD, turn up the volume and enjoy it on the go. Perfect excuse for a road trip!!
