The Truth War by John MacArthur (2007, Abridged, Compact Disc)

What an awesome way to get some reading done! I ordered it because I drive around a lot and don't have much time to sit down with a book. So listening to it in the car is great. The book speaks on the spiritual issues of false relgion and apostasy within the Christian faith. John Macarthur masterfully lays out the marks of the true believer against the signs of the false convert or apostate. He emphasises the need for boldness in our postmodern society today on contending earnestly for the truth - that is the Truth of Jesus Christ. It is a wake-up call to any who call themselves Christian - soldiers of the Lord for the sake of the truth.
