A great read, George Ross the little old man who sits next to Trump on the hit TV show 'The apprentice' has had a great life. In detail he explains how he and Donald trump put together some of the greatest deals in the United States.
Ross a self made millionaire several times over gives great advice on buying and selling real estate, plus negotiating.
The book is easy to read and hard to put down. The best book to come out of the 'Trump camp' for years. Ross has over 50 years of experience as an attorney in real estate, You cant find better advice anywhere else.

I'm a UCLA student and I have read several "real estate investing" books and this one by George Ross is like one of the top three books in my collection. George talks about how Trump does his deals and then right away tells you how Small investors can apply the same concepts. I love reading this book over and over. For example, George tells you exactly what to say to your lender if they won't lend you a loan, word-by-word.
Another thing I liked about book is that it wasn't based on theory (or ideas). George tells you what to do, step-by-step.
Very fun to read and if your a Trump fan, like I am, you'll get into Trump's world a little bit.

) I purchased this book in order to learn all that I can about real estate investing. I personally like Donald Trump and if you are going to learn from someone, it only makes sense to learn from the best! Even though the book is not written by "The Donald" himself, it has proven to be very informative because it includes valid information, experiences and advice that the novice can use in his own real estate business.
