A great film with John Wayne as Rooster Cogburn. Im a fan of most of the movies made by the "Duke" anyway, but this is one of the best. Simply a must for any Wayne fan as well as its sequel, you will not be disappointed by this one. A great movie to watch again and again!

I bought the dvd because I had seen the movie a few times and new how good it was. The case did not have the cover shown in the picture but the movie itself is great. The color,picture quality,and audio are excellent.

this is my favorite old west movie. I grew up watching them w/ my grandfather, and this one always drew us in. I think cuz john wayne isn't so fake but more like a typical guy.
