The entire Bright Baby series is wonderful for babies and toddlers who are beginning to learn their words. The illustrations are bright and clear, and the words associated vary from simple to complex, depending on the title. "Trucks" is one of my favorite because the pictures are amazing for little boys or girls who love cars and trucks. My son can read the entire book to me, as with all of his bright baby books.

) I bought this book for my 2 year old son. He already had the animal book by Mr. Priddy and since he loves trucks we thought this would be perfect - and we were correct! The pictures are large, simple and colorful. The single words makes it language appropriate for the age. The book is very sturdy - more so than other, flimsier board books it has withstood the rigors of toddler travel and activity. My son loves it!
