If you enjoyed the old NFL football weekly highlight shows from the 70's & 80's you will like this cd set. It is however, high priced. This seller made it affordable, dvdlegacy.

My husband is a huge football fan, and was also into band as a kid all through school. He played the trombone which is featured on many of these songs. He also plays Madden 2006 which features a large majority of this music. He is very pleased with this set..It seems a little overwhelming to me with 10 CD's but he likes it....It was a great birthday present.

A few years ago I purchased "The Power and the Glory", and while I enjoyed it, I was disappointed that many of my favorites were absent from this collection. Autumn Thunder filled this void! Although I hadn't heard some of these songs for over 30 years (and didn't know their titles), I immediately recognized them and was brought back to my fond childhood memories of watching NFL Films' Game of the Week and This Week in the NFL. I'm thoroughly enjoying this!
