The Triptych by Demon Hunter (CD, Oct-2005, Solid State)

Tons of crushing nu-metal/thrash metal guitar riffs. Great song writers with every song having a good lyrical hook. The songs are somewhat formulaic, but that is true of most commercially-viable bands. I bought this cd for the heavy stuff and have found the three softer ballads are actually my favorite tracks. Vocal melody that ends the last track is amazing. Highly recommended.

The Triptych is the most powerful of their Cd's yet to date,only though, when the the other two cd's are viewed and have been listened too. This Cd is packed with energy and explosion which rocks you to the bone! The sound isn't just the only amazing thing though, their lyrics blow my mind when I relate them to life. I guarentee this Cd will pump you up and rock you out like a vitamin B shot. Listen to the intro song which leads into track 2 and you'll die for more!

Yet another great cd from Demon Hunter. I am never disappointed by them.They have such a great hard rock sound that can sometimes be close to metal. Their lyrics and unique vocals are what makes them so amazing. You DON'T want to miss out.

Great CD highly recommended, Enjoyed the detail of the Music, I will listen to it mover and over again. I was inspired by the music, would highly recommended the CD. The wording is great and story line is super. Listen to it over and over again.

One of the best ever Christian heavy metal albums. Also, I saw these guys live and they are the friendliest band I have ever met. Crushing metal and awesome lyrics.

Thunderously Wonderful! Christian metal at its best! The disc is in wonderful condition and the music shows ingenuity and crativity, even though it still lacks some of the artistry found on other albums.

I'd heard of Demon Hunter before, and was impressed with what I heard on the radio, so decided to buy the cd. I have to say that it's the best cd I have by far, and I have a lot of good Christian rock cds. Besides for the opening intro, all the songs are between 4 and 5 minutes long, so the disk is filled up pretty good. The reason I like the music, is because it is really well put together, the band is awesome, and the vocals are great. The lead singer mainly yells/screams for a fair amount of the songs, but the choruses are sung very nicely. This band actually has good singers, so you don't have to worry about squeaking, off-key notes, etc. If you like bands such as Skillet, TFK, Red, & Underoath, you'll love this. It's great, hard rock, and I would recommend it highly. 5 stars all the way.
