Tribute to Randy Rhoads, not Ozzy
The title of the CD should have been Tribute-Randy Rhoads. If it wasn't for Randy Rhoads, Ozzy would have been nowhere. The CD is a good example of what Randy could do, and leaves us to imagine what else he could have done if he hadn't died. I bought this CD because I had it years ago, but lost it during several moves, and had always wanted to replace it. Check out the other albums Randy cut with Ozzy's Blizzard of Oz, as well as the work he did with the original Quiet Riot (late 70's), if you're lucky enough to find a copy.
