Very pleased with this DVD...well made, easy to follow, great instruction and workout! Easy to see why she's a member of The Indigo (with Rachel Brice). However, as a bellydance instructor I would not recommend this DVD to anyone who is just starting out...recommend having at least 1 solid year of bellydance classes under your "hipscarf" before attempting. ;-) Hope she comes out with a second DVD soon!

I teach cabaret bellydancing and am just diving into tribal dancing. I have bought and borrowed several to learn technique, and this one is as thorough and challenging as I have seen. It is a must have for any collection, and if I could only buy one dvd this year this one would be it.

She's good at explaining some things better than Rachel Brice, but in turn..Rachel can explain some things better than Sharon. I'd recommend using this DVD with Rachel's Tribal Fusion DVD and Snake Arms DVD. Good Combination..btw..I don't like the way Sharon teaches Choreography...she could go a little more step by step.

This dvd is simply wonderful for anyone who is striving to become a better belly dancer. Sharon breaks everything down into small movements before speeding them up to form the routine. This dvd will encourage you to stretch more and become more aware of your own muscles thus creating a strong muscle memory.
