When I went to law school they did not teach you about the practice of law, much less trial practice. In fact, until recently you had to go back to the 1940s to get books written by Goldstein, Cutler, Tandford, and a few others that wrote about the entire Trial process. This book is a gem which I just stumbled upon while looking for another book! It not only covers the entire trial process, it gives you the suggestions of experts in dealing the various parts that these "Trial Masters" have been so successful at. You cannot find any better resource than that!!!
