
EXTREMELY VALUABLE Information Helpful beyond measure
I first became familiar with this book through a friend who had lower back pain and then received my own copy when I went to physical therapy. This book explains very well what is generally happening when you have lower back pain, most likely due to a bulging disc resulting in the pain & possible sciatia. For me, the road to getting well starts with understanding what's happening and this book got that across for me AND provided many tips and tricks and exercises that have kept my back in good health for 10 yrs. I have never had to go back to P.T. When I feel a problem coming on in my back I ice, start my aleve and start the exercises in this book and keep them up for a few weeks. Of course before starting anything you should ck with your Dr. and in my case I had an MRI before starting Physical Therapy. I loan this book to EVERYONE I know with lower back pain.
