I wish we could see more of the actual contest ...maybe as a bonus feature. Other than that I thought it was a really good documentary.

) I was very excited to hear about a Transgender Beauty Contest. I was hoping to see all the contestants & their talents. But instead they only showed little snips from a few contestants. It was mostly focused on 6 "ladies" & their pasts, which was still interesting but still very disappointing. I wanted to see the full competition, the beautiful dresses, the costumes, the talent. Don't waste you money on this movie if you think its mostly about the competition b\c the competition is only a little piece of it, it mostly a documentary about only these 6 "girls".

THIS MOVIE IS VERY INTERESTING, I SAW SOME OF THE GIRLS ON THE TYRA SHOW AND I WAS AMAZED AT HOW GREAT THEY LOOKED SO THAT MADE ME WANT TO PURCHASE THE MOVIE AND EDUCATE MYSELF ON THE TRANS WORLD.

TrantasiaI bought this DVD because I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with some of the contestants. I wanted to see if it shed a positive light on the world of female Impersonation. In my opinion, It did. Very entertaining, I only wish that it showed more of the talent competition.

Trantasia is a journey not only into the world of transexuals but also a journey of the contestants from there bot hod life towhere they are now. It was great educational and entertaing film. We bought the fils because we are close and see alot of the entainers in the fils on a monthly basis. It gives you a real insight and look into the life of trnsexuals and what they have to deal with from show to home.
