Trans-Siberian Orchestra Christmas Piano Tribute (CD, Oct-2007, Copycats Entertainment)

The cd is enjoyable and very pretty... but I bought it thinking it was actually the TSO doing the music.. I am very much hooked on their music and the piano gives a different sound and feel... I like the cd and glad I have it, but it is not the same as having the TSO do the songs..

It's the piano tracks of previous Xmas Albums. There are only a few songs that can stand on their own. Most, without the additional instruments, really come up short. If you like TSO Xmas Music buy the "full orchrestrated" albums.

I sat back and took in the wonderful music of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I was not disappointed. It exceeded my highest expectations. A must get cd.
