This book is full of great knowledge from Martin Rooney, who is well respected by fighters and his conditioning on the mats. This book covers everything from the inside out. It shows you what type of mindset you need to how to cut weight. The book has great pictures for the excercices described. You can gain a lot from this simple book if you really follow it and are really committed. I have gained 5lbs. of solid muscle and my grip strength and cardio have greatly improved in just 2 weeks. The only bad thing, is that you need some equipment that is kinds hard to get, like a hammer, tire,sled, and ladders. But besides that, I believe this is the only book out there with up to date, workouts and nutrition for a fighter.
