The graphics are poor, and the game is not challenging. The basic idea is to see how high you can jack-up the rent and make the trailer park look messy so that you can eran more money. Downfall is that the more you charge for rent, the more likely you are to take a total loss when the residents move out.

) Great game and once you get the hang of it pretty fun. Similar to roller coaster tycoon! Would definitely suggest the game to family and friends! The game was great to try to build trailer parks and my son loved watching me play the game!
