The Toyota Way by Jeffrey Liker (2003, Hardcover, Reissue)

This is an excellent book to learn about the Toyota Production System. I recommend this book to large or small business managers that's trying learn and implement Lean Manufacturing in their facility. This is a Lean Champion's best friend.

I am reading this book for a college course and have been very impressed by its content. Since my interests are about lean practices in manufacturing, the Toyota Way is a perfect learning tool. Jeffrey Liker is to the point with his writing and uses phrases, vocabulary and sentence style that flows well and is easy to read. Thank you for a great book!
