it is up to the seller to describe their item correctly

the movie i bought was listed as widescreen. it even said widescreen in the item description title. the movie was not widescreen and i only bought it because they said it was. now i asked them about this and they said it was the fault of the dvd company because they just upload the movie info from the dvd company. but we all know you have to type in the item title yourself, and if the movie was not widescreen then they shouldnt have typed it in.. it is the resposibity of the seller to look at the items they are selling to make sure they are listing them correctly. they offered me a refund, if i went out of my way and through the trouble of sending it back to them, on my dime. but i had already gone through the trouble of going through all the listings on ebay for the movie i wanted until i found a widescreen copy. not to mention they lied about the movie being widescreen AND about their responsibility in the matter. they should have given me my money back anyway, that is what i would have done and have done when i listed something wrong because it is the sellers fault. it is up to the seller to describe their item correctly.
