Movie Description
The Diaper Mafia seizes control of the Tromaville School for the Very Special. Now it's Toxie and his faithful sidekick Lardass to the rescue. Only one thing can stop the two heros from saving Tromaville form a dreadful future and his name is Noxie the Noxic Offender. This outrageous work goes farther than any in career of director Lloyd Kaufman (TERROR FIRMER).
