A great compaltion of Lenard Cohan songs.If you like Lenard Cohan its a good one to check out.It is a cross section of artists from every musical style.

This CD puts together covers of well known Leonard Cohen songs. All the artists retained much of the moody, smokey sad bar atmosphere of his songs. While the CD offers a slightly different take on his songs, the songs are largely as done by Cohen himself with little or no surprises. It is a very enjoyable CD but certainly not divergent from the essence of Cohen.

I was a little skeptical about the choices as far as the artist's covering the songs on this cd, but it is excellent!
