
Great stretching program.
This stretching workout has 3 parts: standing, sitting on a chair, and floor work. Each part is about 1o minutes long, and you can mix and match them. The cueing is excellent, she makes it easy to follow along. I found a couple of the moves beyond my capabilities, but that has more to do with my physical limitations and not with the video.
The whole thing is very calming, nice beach scenery, relaxing music, pleasant instructor's voice. She moves at a steady pace, neither too fast nor too slow. I felt wonderful afterwards. This program is definitely for everyone!
