Liked it, it came fast and on time to my house, good price on the book (the school was charging over one hundred dollars for it), no problems. Had to buy it for class and it cmae before class started.

As far as text books go though this one is well written and offers some neat insight and perspectives to the subject, but come on, it’s a school book...

I bought this book for my Quality Management class, because the teacher required it. It is a very good book, in the fact that it is concise and explains things clearly. It is more of an overview of the general topics. It tries to cover more areas rather than explore or explain more thoroughly a few key parts to Quality Management. Overall, it is an excellent book, very good to give you a strong basis for what quality management is and how it came about.
