Great item...but a few flaws.

I purchased this item on ebay for a great price and it was definately worth it. The picture quality looks great with the HDMI connection and the VHS playback is also great. The only thing I do not like about this player is the remote, the remote is very confusing and takes a while to get used to. Maybe it is just my remote, I dont know. Maybe a universal will do the trick.

The process of the transaction went fine. We did however take time to get back to them about comfiriming our purchase. We are in the process of moving and lost track of buying this product. Once we received the product and found the time to test it out id did not work. It was past there 7 day peroid where we could return the product. So I am very dissappointed in the company and would not recommend buying from them. I have already sent a mass email out to friends family members and co-workers to be very wary of this company. I just hope I stop other consumer from getting taken for a ride like we did
