
WILL NOT DEAL WITH THE COMPANY AGAIN

THE COMPANY SENT ME A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND THEY PUT A CLAIM WITH UPS BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T SEND IT TO ME THAT WAY, AFTER ABOUT 7 EMAIL, 4 PHONE CALLS, I HAD TO LEAVE A NEGITIVE FEEDBACK ON THIER ACCOUNT AND THEY CONTACTED ME STATING THAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR UPS FOR CONCLUDE THIER INVESTIGATION SO THEY MIGHT SEND ME A REPLACEMENT ITEM, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS AT ALL, I SPOKE WITH 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE ONLY TO GET THE RUN AROUNDS. I PERSONALLY WON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN, BUT EVERYBODY MUST LEARN FROM THIER OWN MISTAKES.
