Toshiba SD-4000 DVD Player

This DVD player is a very ligth weigth and play very nice. If you are looking just for a DVD player, this is the one. The cost is fantastic low and play's like an expensive one.
I'm happy with it.

I purchased the dvd player for my parents, for Christmas. It was easy to install, and they have had no problems with it. I like the thin design, and sleek look about it.

Play function is satisfactory, but beware. Power down results in return to start of DVD. In other works if you shut the unit off half way thru a movie it will not start at the point left off when you power up again-returns to load/start so ya have to go through all the previews, warnings, etc. then find your place in the movie. To top it all off it has non-optional auto power down "feature". Shuts itself off after 10 min in stop/pause (stand-by). So if you stop the movie and don't get back in 10 min guess what.... Other players don't do this and am very disappointed in Toshiba for not being smarter.

It works with every format I need. Simple and easy to follow instructions. slimline design makes it an easy fit. I am happy with this product. Toshiba always makes a quality product.

We like that it reads A1 formats, it's very nice and contemporary looking! The price was very reasonable for a new in box product, love those bargains!

I like the thin profile, the price was great the reason I bought it is my previous player was giving me problems so in the garbage it went.

Excellent color, excellent controls, excellent remote, excellent options available on the remote. Just a super great DVD player at a very excellent price. Seller is top notch. I think it got delivered in less than 2 days from across the country!! Great communication. Highly recommend. A+++++++++
