Toshiba (HDDR400E03X) 400 GB USB Hard Drive

This external harddrive from Toshiba is as simple as stated. You just plug it into the usb and it does the backup. It has more than enough room for my needs.

Very content with my purchase. I was just looking for a simple but large external hard drive to back up my personal files, and a small size was also key. This product at 400 GB and just a tad larger than my ipod was perfect for my needs. I can't say I have other systems to accurately compare it to, but for my personal and business needs this was great. The only complaint is the Super short connection chord. Sometimes I forget it's connected, pick up my laptop and Whack! on the floor. I guess that's my fault...All in all a great product that I would recommend.

I bought this drive couple of months ago. It's an awesome drive, very small, light and very fast 400G hard drive. I was going to buy a 32G USB stick and noticed this usb HD for even less money than a 32G usb stick. Wow! I love this drive. I have some other "famous" brands 1.5T drives that are very slow and bulky, but this little HD is just very fast. I have been using it with my VMware ESX 3.5 U4, Linux (Ubunut 9.04) and Windows XP.

Product is great. Only thing I can think of is possibly a another usb cord, maybe one a little longer. But the product itself is nothing less than perfect!

I was hoping for a faster HD, but its works just fine for my laptop, (I travel alot and need the extra space for saving huge data files), and it gets the job done, so I won't complain. Its light, easy to work with...A soon as I got it, I just plugged it in and started saving data. I recommend it for backing up your system as well :)

I love this toshiba which i bought three weeks ago. It is easy to carry and use. I'd recommend the toshiba if you r on the budget.

This little hard drive is working great. I bought it to back up my Mac Time Machine. It was easy to set up and has quietly been doing its job ever since. Its size makes it almost disappear on my desk. Its little blue light is on and my Time Machine goes on every now and then, so I know it is working. So far, I have been happy with the product and I got it for a reasonable price, which makes it even better.

Great hard drive works well. Great amount of storage and fast transfer rates. Well enough capacity for my storage needs. Works great for additional hard drive space

i RECIVED THE PRODUCT FAST AND GOOD CONDITION.DRIVE HAS LITTLE SCRATCHES ON IT BUT IT IS GOOD.I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT PRODUCT YET i WILL USE IT ONLY WHEN I WILL GO FOR WROUND THE WORLD WITHIN 4 MONTHS.

If you have a family, you'll know what it means to have you're precious photos and videos of your children stored somwhere safe. I have an 18 month old and another child on the way, which is the reason I bought this item. My laptop was getting overcrowded and slow because I had so many pictures and videos stored on it involving my son and his "first's". I took it to a computer shop and asked what was wrong with it and they told me I had too much stuff on the harddrive and because of it, my virus scanner had stopped working and I had a few viruses. I asked what I should do and they suggested I buy an external harddrive. I researched them and found the prices to be UP there. I looked on eBay and found this one and paid about 30% off the price at the computer store. I had the viruses removed and transferred all my music, pictures and videos onto the harddrive and now my laptop is as fast as the day I bought it. I would buy again from ebay! Thanks!!
