We bought a 52 inch screen HD TV and wanted to use DVD's that we bought and rented. As a woman I wanted a unit that was easy to hook up and use. The remote is perfect. It was easy to hook up to the HD screen and it worked well with our internet connnection. I would recommend it to anyone. The picture on the screen is like being there in person, the DVD HD movies are sensational. The player came with two free movies and a 1-year guarantee warranty plus all the booklets to help you install it. We are waiting on the disk, but that has to come from Toshiba. We bought it on ebay because the HD format DVD players and DVDs are no longer available in stores. This is the only reason we used ebay. Report this review Toshiba HD-A35OK, so the format is dead, I still have a ton of regular DVD's and they look great on this player, as for HD DVD's, they look fantastic, plus I get the True Dolby HD via this player for my Onyko receiver. I already own a Samsung BD-P1400 Blu ray player and wanted to play all formats. This machine has an excellent picture fully equal to Blu ray. It supports all the Audio Formats and does an exception job upscalling regular DVDs too! It is easy to keep up to date via the built in ethernet port. I would recommend it to anyone.
