    I purchased this TV for my bedroom about 2yrs ago. It has had no problems. The DVD player works just fine. The convenience of having it all in one package has been great. I bought a nice set of computer speakers/ two satellites and a subwoofer that help out a lot. But the internal speaker is fine, I just prefer the sound a little bigger. I also play music from it sometimes. The picture is average, not bad at all but not stunning. My only complaint is the response time when changing channels. And it kinda gets to me after a while especially if you can't sleep and you're channel surfing the lag gets annoying. I also tried to hook it up to a computer once. It has the plug for it (and packaging says it can) but I gave up after a couple hours hunting for the proper driver. For the money though it's a great deal. I am ready to upgrade now but it has served me well and I would buy it again considering the budget and needs I had at the time.

    i hate it beacuse if the dvd player breaks then you would have to bring your whole tv in to get repaired.
