I bought this because I'm in law school (and I'm writing this because I'm in law school--breaktime!) I was forced to buy this casebook for Torts I. It is a pretty good casebook I guess--it's pretty detailed and sets out most elements of various torts quite clearly. I was very pleased with the price I paid (about $50 below price at my school bookstore).

I like it because I have to.... can't really say anything else about a school book. I decided to buy the book because it said that it didn't have that much highlighting, which readying 40 pages a night can wear thin..
