Captain Jack Harkness, Gwen Cooper and Ianto Jones return for a brand-new adventure in Torchwood: Children Of Earth, a five-part series for BBC One.
Day One: An ordinary day becomes a world of terror as every single child in the world stops. A message is sent to the governments of Earth: 'We are coming'. As a trap closes around Captain Jack, sins of the past return, as long-forgotten events from 1965 threaten to reveal an awful truth.
Day Two: Torchwood are forced underground, as the government takes swift and brutal action. With members of the team being hunted down, only Lois holds the key to Torchwood's salvation - but she is helpless as her superiors make plans for the mysterious Floor 13.
Day Three: The eyes of the world turn to Britain, as the 456 announce, 'We are here'. As a pillar of fire descends upon London, the members of Torchwood must battle to protect their own families, as the fight gets personal. But will Clem's memories destroy everything?
Day Four: Torchwood finally learns the truth about the events of 1965. But Britain is in danger of becoming a rogue state, and everything now pivots around John Frobisher, as the Ambassador of the 456 destroys its old allegiances and reveals its true intent.
Day Five: Torchwood is defenseless, and Gwen Cooper stands alone, as the final sanction begins. As violence erupts and the world descends into anarchy, an ordinary council estate becomes a battleground where the future of the human race will be decided.

IANTO AND GWEN ARE ON THE RUN. IANTO GETS HIS SISTER TO HELP HIM OUT. GWEN AND RHYS ARE RUNNING FROM THE GOVERNMENT THEY HICK A RIDE IN A TRUCK AND GO TO LONDON. LOIS GETS A CALL FROM GWEN AND TELL HER THAT JACK IS ON A KILL LIST
SHE ALSO TELL THEM THAT THEY ARE BUILDING A THING FOR THE 456. THEY CAR JACK A THAT WAS PICKING UP A BODY WHERE JACK IS BEING HELD IN A BLOCK OF CEMENT. GWEN AND RHYS GET CAUGHT THEY AT TOLD TO DROP THE WEAPONS IANTO STEALS A FORKLIFT AND CRASHES IT INTO THE WALL DRIVES A BIG HUNK OF CEMENT OUT WITH GWEN AND RHYS. RHYS BLOCKS THE PATH WITH A TRUCK AND THEY GET JACK OUT. THE GO TO TORCHWOOD 1 WHERE IANTO JONES WAS FROM BEFORE JOINING TORCHWOOD CARDIFF.
LOIS MEETS UP WITH GWEN GIVES HER THE CONTACT LENS AND SHOWS HER THAT THEY CAN SEE EVERYTHING THAT SHE SEE AND CAN TALK TO HER AT AND THEY CAN HEAR WHAT THE PEOPLE ARE SAYING. LOIS IS SCARED TO DO IT BUT GWEN GIVE HER THEM ANYWAY.
THEY TREATED TORCHWOOD LIKE THEFTS GWEN TELL THE TEAM LETS ACT LIKE THEFTS.
THEY GET ALL THE STUFF THAT THEY NEED TO GET UP AND RUNNING. CLEM MACDONALD GOES BACK TO TORCHWOOD AND SMELLS JACK AND THIS IS WHEN YOU FIND OUT THAT JACK WAS THE ONE WHO LED THE KIDS BACK IN 1965 THEY NEED 12 KIDS BACK THEN. LOIS PUTS ON THE CONTACTS AND GOES INTO WHERE THEY HAVE THE 456 THEY RECORD ALL THE TRANSITIONS. RHYS TAKES THE LAPTOP TO A PLACE AND WAITS ORDERS JACK AND IANTO
GO TO WHERE THEY HAVE THE 456 AND LOIS TELLS THEM THAT TORCHWOOD IT COMING UP TO LET THEM IN BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN RECORDING EVERYTHING IN THIS ROOM. JACK AND IANTO GO TO WHERE THE ALIEN IS AND TELL THEM THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE ONE KID UP THE DEAL IS OFF. THE DEAL WAS GOING TO BE 10% OF ALL THE KIDS IN THE WORLD. THE ALIEN IS MADE AND RELEASES A POISON IANTO DIES. JACK USES HIS GRANDSON AS A BEACON AND SENDS SENDS WAVES BACK TO THE 456 THEY ARE KILLED.
