Wow, does this advice ring true!
I was a corporate purchasing manager for many years and have had salespeople try all kinds of “techniques” on me.
Here’s advice that works!
I love the piece on what to do when your regular buyer leaves – the fool who tried to “sell me” when I took over as The Buyer should have read this book. Instead, he lost the account.
Great advice for anyone who sells as part of their job – and don’t we all?
