This is the official companion cookbook to the TV program. It gives you a chance to try out the recipes that some of the aspiring chefs have devised for the show. The book includes seasons 1 to 3. There are 100 recipes plus behind the scene interviews with the contestants, judges and crew. Dishes like Twice Baked Potato with Shrimp & Corn with Parmesan....Peking Style Beef with Scallion Pancakes and Mascarpone Mousse with Hawaiian Salted Coconut milk & Citrus Tuile....to name a few.

Top Chef the first three seasons recipesI purchased this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived in excellent order and in plenty of time. I expect to be able to borrow it from her on a regular basis for we both enjoy cooking. Thank you for your quick response to my book purchase.

I am always looking for a good cookbook. This by far iw one of the best ones out. I never received the cookbook from my ebay seller. I did find it for less at Amazon and it was an excellent buy. So 5 stars to Tom Colocchio for Top Chef. I know watch The Show which is Outstanding also.

top chef 2008I've been a big fan of Top Chef from the beginning. This book gives you the inside news behind the scenes, and talks about the chefs and the contestants.
The best part of course are the recipes. Beautifully illustrated. I highly recommend this book.

A friend and I are major fans of the show and this is a prefect gift for her. I did not go page by page, because it is a gift, but what I saw is great, lot's of photos, recipes. I will be borrowing this book!

Me & my mother love this. We watch the show every week since the first season. You would think that the recipes in the book are hard to cook but they do make it easy by giving great steps. LOVE THIS BOOK.

I just love the series of Top Chef. When the cookbook came out I was so happy.
The recipies are easy to follow and bring something new to my table. Some of the ingredients are pricey or hard to find. You have to pick thru them to see what you can afford. We don't have an awesome array of pantry foods like they have. The pictures and interviews of the people in the show and behind the scenes are great. I cannot wait for more of these cookbooks!
