This book is a good addition to one's search into the history of Tootsietoys.There are many books out there on tootsietoys but this one is well written & James Wieland's experience in the marketplace is very apparent in his writing.For instance, war production effecting the diecast market; somes issues just were not good sellers because the original vehicle was not that popular. All in all,this book is an excellent addition to a collector's 'history' file. I bought this book just for that reason.
