Hilarious and true to the spirit of the originals
I bought my tenth copy to give away--this time to my band director at the local community band. A student or fan of the old classic Christmas tunes, both sacred and secular, will find this innovative rendition hilarious and enjoyable. This transcends the singing saw to include rachet wrenches, ripping duct tape, banging on pipes, and the skillful utilization of everyday items in the tool collection to render a musically faithful arrangement of the old favorites and standards. My brother, who is known to whistle the "Washington Post March" while transporting patients through his hospital, and to play "air flute" in the OR, found this recording delightful. He should know--he had the Boar's Head Carol solo in the high school Christmas choir concert.
This recording will bring in irrepressible grin to the most serious musician. Merry Christmas.
