    Ann Rule knows how to write about the "real' crimes in life. She is back this time with a riveting story of two women who are lethally unlucky in love. The story centers around Dr. Bart Corbin, a local dentist in Atlanta, GA. His wife, Jenn, and mother of their two sons, is found with a gunshot wound to her head. Interestingly enough, Dr. Corbin's girlfriend, Dolly Hearn, of 14 years back was found the same way! At the time Dolly's death was ruled a suicide. This sordid tale is all about jealousy, rages and steamy encounters and love that has gone bad. Only Ms. Rule could weave a tale of treachery like this!
