    I bought a refurbished Tom Tom GPS unit. The unit did not work properly when I received it. I spent several hours with technical support and finally was told to format the unit and load the programs from the beginning. Beware of buying a refurbished unit. Also, the Free Case is just a cheat camera case and not the case that the Tom Tom fixes nicely in.
